fish oil is used to lower blood pressure. You can find studies on this topic in American Medical Journals

I used to follow these quite extensively - but in the last few years, all of the things I would have recommended - Large doses of CoQ10, fish oil, etc….haven’t held up to double blind studies…many of them are available through “google scholar”

So I’m going to suggest exercise, large reductions of fat in the diet and reduction of stress….

That will certainly do the trick - if you do it….that’s the hard part.

Drink the juice of ZAMBURAA (an orange/lemon type fruit). It’s larger than orange, smaller than football & also called as Baataabee Leboo here in Bangladesh/ India. Tastes sour with a little sweet. You may try raw garlic also. (contact any person from Bangladesh or India arround you to get the exact name of that fruit)
Oh ! I got the English name of the fruit! It’s “POMELO” or “SHADDOCK”.
One more thing—try to take any sour fruit like ‘raw mango’. ‘tamarind’, ‘Hog-plum’ etc–any thing that tastes sour.

Fish oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, Indian gooseberry and many others that you can find in a web search for “high blood pressure” + “natural remedies”. Each one helps a bit and you may have to take several every day.

Garlic is one of the very best and safest ways to lower blood pressure. Just take 3-4 cloves of garlic a day and you will see drastic improvements within one month. You may smell like garlic~just tell people you are Italian! :)
Take a clove of garlic and slice it long ways to make 3-4 pieces, dip them in olive oil, then swallow. In this way you will not taste the garlic as strongly.

Another way is to cut the garlic clove up into 3-4 pieces, place each piece in a bit of applesauce on a spoon and swallow it down. this is how I get my kids to take garlic when they are sick and need the antibiotic properties in garlic.

I am not the Dolores in this post (I am Lori), but I am posting an email I got awhile back from Doc Schillington (of naturopathy) whom I subscribe to as you may like to join his group as he has a lot of good information. You can access his website from the info below:

    Dear Dolores,
You are most welcome, and I hope the holidays went well for you.
HBP is not really that difficult to terminatedly handle once and for all.
I’ve helped hundreds of clients bring their HBP permanently down doing a
simple Total Body Cleanse while taking a large quantity of Garlic = 4 to
    8 cloves a day.
The way you take the Garlic is to cut a medium to large clove in half,
lengthwise with the grain, or into quarters if they’re too big, then dip
them in Organic Olive Oil and down the hatch with them like taking a
    bunch of pills.
This will also lower cholesterol by the way. The longest I’ve seen the
above to bring a very high BP permanently down was 3 months, and the
shortest is about 3 weeks. The idea is to start the cleanse and the
additional Garlic at the same time.
You’ll actually notice a feeling of well being within the first 3 days
and it just gets better from there.
    All the best,
    Doc
